Mindful Mondays are unique to Rooted Resilience. We curated our favorite Mindful Self-Compassion meditations and lessons to create one-hour online drop-in sessions that will keep you grounded, deepen your appreciation for what you are capable of, and expand your heart. Try one or come to them all!

12 PM - 1PM on Zoom
What to Expect:
12 PM: A brief hello and grounding exercise.
12:10 PM: Introductions and thematic set-up for our practice.
12:15 PM: Guided meditation.
12:30 PM: Written reflection on the day’s theme and meditation.
12:40 PM: Group discussion - exploration of our common humanity!
12:55 PM: Closing practice - back to real life with a more full and spacious heart!

Rooted Resilience’s Philosophy on Pricing: Rooted Resilience is committed to making Mindful Self-Compassion and other resilience building practices accessible, which is why we offer a tiered cost structure. The standard rate is $25. A discounted rate of $10 is also available, as is a sustainer rate of $50. Please offer what makes sense for you.
